I managed Makenzie directly as the VP of Customer Service at Web.com. During my time managing Makenzie, she was an instrumental component to our leadership team. I frequently tasked Makenzie with managing new important roll outs and projects because she consistently demonstrated superior abilities to find efficiencies and drive the business forward. More specifically, the teams Makenzie managed consistently hit all metric targets for revenue and client satisfaction including client retention and service level agreements. I particularly leveraged Makenzie's skills to build out operational processes and reporting in Salesforce/Service Cloud and her expertise with this system allowed our team to integrate the tool seamlessly. In my last year managing Makenzie, I nominated her to attend our company's President's Club where she received the 'Big Hitter' award for the Top CS Manager in our department. Working with Makenzie made my job as an executive easier, and I would definitely recommend her for any leadership positions that come her way.

I had the pleasure of managing Makenzie, as she blossomed into one of our top Client Service managers at Yodle. Within the first few months of being on my team, it was clear she was a rock star. Her ability to think strategically while maintaining meticulous attention to detail is exceptional. Her unwavering dedication and accountability sets the tone for those around her. Since our first interaction, Makenzie has always been the person to stand out for all of her dedication and work contributions. If she doesn’t know an answer to a question, she will go out of her way to find out. She is a creative, out of the box thinker, who helped our team hit and exceed goals! This shows that she sets goals, hits goals, and more importantly exceeds goals. She is well respected throughout the organization for getting things done and for being a consistent top performer. It was no surprise to see Makenzie get promoted so quickly at Yodle. She was in her role for less than 1 year before getting offered a management position. As a manager, she worked even harder to ensure that her team is getting the support and attention that they deserve. She was a great mentor to me, and as well as our other colleagues. I have no doubt that she will continue to be a great asset.
